This program supports family members of individuals experiencing any level of substance use and provides informal, individual counselling on request. The counsellor will assess if Youth Diversion is most appropriate organization.

A counselling service which specializes in harm reduction focused counselling approaches that supports children and youth who are experiencing any level of substance use, personally or with a family member. Treatment models offered are Psychosocial, Biopsychosocial, Cognitive-Behavioural, Stages of Change, and Harm Reduction. Staff attend area elementary/high schools and group homes. Average contact is four to six months. Outreach locations when other organizations are not available.

Smoking Cessation offers one-on-one support with a staff member trained in helping individuals to stop smoking cigarettes and/or vaping. Stop smoking plans are jointly created between the individual and the staff, and regular check ins will be scheduled with staff.

Community Treatment *ECD provides pregnant and parenting individuals with client-centered, non-judgmental counselling based on the Stages of Change and Motivational Interviewing. Services are delivered within a harm reduction framework that meets individuals where they are at to promote health, safety and wellness along a spectrum of behaviours including abstinence. To help reduce these barriers, such as childcare and transportation, practical supports can be provided to individuals to enhance their ability to access and receive services.

The Catalyst program is a Crystal Methamphetamine Contingency Management program designed to help individuals with the goal of quitting crystal methamphetamine. Catalyst uses evidence-based positive reinforcement to replace the behaviour with a reward.
