The Addictions Counsellor – Youth Substance Use Support & Treatment Program provides community-based support and treatment services as part of a community substance use program for youth. Screening and assessment is completed to ensure the most appropriate services are offered to the individual .

Services include:
– community and treatment services
– negotiating treatment goals and a treatment plan
– case management
– personal/supportive counselling
– liaising with Primary Care
– other community-based youth services
– facilitating internal and external referrals
