STLR is a 90-day integrated residential addiction program. If you live in the Fraser Health Authority catchment area covering the communities from Burnaby to Boston Bar, you may qualify for the Phoenix Stabilization and Transitional Living in Recovery Program. This 90-day program provides safe, structured and licensed residential addiction services. Using a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model, the program helps residents with health, well-being, housing, income, employment and quality of life. The program accepts applicants on opiate replacement therapies provided they are agreeable to being supervised by the Phoenix Centre’s sessional physician.

The waitlist is typically 4 – 16 weeks.
