Addiction, concurrent disorder and problem gambling assessment, treatment and follow-up. Offers relapse prevention, family intervention, group treatment and support. Main treatment models: psychoeducation and cognitive-behavioural.

Inclusion criteria:
– People accessing this service must be Portuguese language-dependent
– Patients must reside in our catchment area: Parkside Drive to the west, Yonge Street to the east, Lake Ontario to the south and Eglinton Avenue to the north.
– Referrals are accepted for individuals who cannot access English language services due to a language barrier.
