Quibble Creek: Providing safe, structured transitional housing for men and women aged 19 and older facing mental health issues, substance misuse, or homelessness. With 52 furnished studio apartments, residents receive ongoing social supports, access to employment and education assistance, and leisure activities. Developed in partnership with BC Housing, City of Surrey, and Fraser Health Authority, offering integrated services for long-term stability since 2012.

Phoenix House: Providing safe, quiet transitional living for men with serious substance use issues. This 10-bed licensed stabilization program, funded by Fraser Health, offers meal service, transportation, counseling, 24/7 on-site staff, medical care, and Opioid Agonist Treatment. Ideal for those awaiting intensive residential services or reintegrating into the community.

MacMillan Housing Program: Located in Surrey, MacMillan House is an 12-bed sober living facility for men focusing on abstinence-based recovery. Applicants must complete a treatment program and be clean for 30 days. Staff support residents in maintaining recovery goals and community reintegration. Registered with the Ministry of Social Development, offering reduced rates for Income Assistance recipients and individuals returning to work.

Dovercourt Housing Program: Lookout’s 2nd stage recovery program in North Vancouver supports residents in transitioning back into society as productive individuals. Applicants should have completed a treatment program or be clean for 90 days. Shared accommodation for up to 20 residents includes multiple amenities such as lounge areas, kitchens, and access to computers. Visit our website for more information.

New Day & New Way are residential support recovery programs for women who have completed New Dawn or other licensed 1st-stage programs. With 90 days of abstinence required for entry, residents receive ongoing individual support while participating in weekly groups, personal development programs, and pre-employment preparation. Programming includes counseling sessions, chores, and involvement in community self-help groups. Individualized care plans and life skills training are provided to support each woman’s transition to independent living.

This is a considered a 2nd-Stage Recovery Program — completion of a residential treatment program is required before being eligible.
