This program delivers primary care services within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice, including comprehensive health assessments, physical examination, therapeutic management, consultation, collaboration and referrals for those who use substances.

The Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub offers walk-in services for people who use drugs and other substances. The goal to improve the health and well-being of people who use substances and better connect local residents with health, social and community services they may benefit from.

Community Treatment encompasses a variety of outpatient treatment options that are available to individual clients and their families appropriate to this stage of life. Services are delivered in an individual or group format and on an outreach basis as needed.
