The Let’s Grow Together program provides community treatment from a harm reduction perspective. The program includes therapeutic groups; supported play with children; interactive education sessions re: substance use, parenting skills, infant-child mental health/development, nutrition, safety, obtaining employment, legal rights, etc. Case management services are available to women who participate in the Let’s Grow Together program. Support is provided on an as needed basis and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Services offered include brief one-on-one counselling; court support; advocacy; crisis management; community agency referrals and treatment planning.
