Provides a system of support to help with the challenges of early recovery. It gives the opportunity to build on the foundation of knowledge and coping skills developed while in residential treatment. The program includes: – a weekly support group for clients – assistance in arranging continuing care in home community, including identification of 12-Step meetings
– regular contact with a outpatient counsellor
The Continuing Care Program is available to anyone who has successfully completed a Bellwood residential treatment program. Those who completed a Bellwood outpatient treatment program, or treatment at another treatment centre, may also be eligible.
