Works with individuals to develop tools and provide support to help them minimize, or cope with, the symptoms of mental illness and work toward substance use goals.

The program helps people who:
– Live in York Region;
– Ages 12 and older;
– Have a serious mental illness that impacts their daily functioning;
-Have a substance use or substance dependence issue
