– referral to in-patient substance abuse and problem gambling programs across Ontario
– personal and system advocacy
– referral to external community agencies
– family support and education
– public education and consultation
– referral to consulting Psychiatrists
– relapse Prevention and after care
– crisis intervention
– needle exchange
