Our youth program offers assessments, individual and group counselling, guided self-change, family intervention and consultation, case management and aftercare. Services can be provided at local schools and other partner organizations, including correctional facilities. Social workers are part of the hospital integrated social work service and will accept referrals during daily rounds.
