The District Mental Health and Addiction Aftercare Program (DMHA) provides the aftercare support necessary to maintain sobriety. The aftercare program consists of weekly counselling sessions using the Structured Relapse Prevention Program. These sessions will help clients to identify high-risk situations in which they might relapse, and to develop coping skills to deal with these situations.
