Addictions Services at ShelterCare is part of a bundle of services offered to those experiencing housing instability in the Waterloo Region. Harm Reduction, psycho-education, and addiction counselling services are offered to those who wish for support with their substance use issues, which ultimately serve to help participants along in their housing journey.
