The Addiction Medicine Consult Team (AMCT) is a specialized program available to support hospital patients living with substance and/or opioid use disorder. The AMCT is supported by a team of on-call physicians who provide patient assessment, treatment and within an in-patient setting.

This program supports individuals throughout their stay in hospital and to make sure they’re properly supported after discharge from hospital.
