The Addiction Medicine Consult Team is designed to:
– provide consultation and expert advice in treating substance use
– improve patient insight and readiness to change
– give support for substance use, withdrawal, maintenance and replacement therapies

The team will meet with people throughout the hospital (Emergency Department, Inpatient units, and Withdrawal Management)
