Phoenix Society’s Stabilization and Transitional Living Residence Program is also a 90-day treatment program that is designed to support men and trans men who have completed withdrawal management and who may be waiting to enter an intensive residential service and supports program or who may have completed an intensive residential program. The STLR program focuses on providing a safe, structured living arrangement, free of alcohol and illicit drugs, which enables a person to reintegrate back into the community successfully. These services are for those men who require low-to-moderate services and support in and are not yet ready for day programs or community substance use services.

The cost for services is $45 / day to be paid in advance of receiving treatment. There are financial supports potential clients may be eligible to receive. Crawford Manor: Lookout manages abstinence-based supportive housing programs aimed at helping tenants achieve stability and sobriety. 70-day intensive residential treatment program dealing with problematic substance use issues that follows a Harm Reduction Model of addiction treatment and is comprised of four phases: Orientation, Program Development, Group Therapy, Transitional and Aftercare Planning. Clients have the opportunity to participate in education sessions on keys to recovery, emotional regulation, living your values, stress management, grief and loss, communication, models of recovery, spirituality, trauma and recovery, overcoming stigma, mental health, creativity, as well as family dynamics. They will participate in therapeutic house duties; complete tracking sheets that monitor their participation in a number of aspects of the program including group, what they learned each day, daily exercise, daily centring practices, change plan goals and positive emotional practices. Turning Point is a leading provider of addiction services in Metro Vancouver. Our men-only residential treatment facility in Richmond offer 9 beds Our program, lasting 3-5 months, provides comprehensive support for recovery.

The Nest: A unique space providing harm-reduction-based supportive housing alongside recovery housing. With 40 units, including 16 supportive recovery units, individuals can live independently with vital support post-treatment.

CRF | Community Residential Facilities: Providing safe housing and ongoing support for individuals transitioning back into the community from the criminal justice system. Specialized beds are available for those with complex medical needs.

Post Treatment Transitional Housing: Offering a safe landing for program graduates, our transitional housing programs provide independent living with accessible support to maintain progress towards wellness goals.
